As Managing Director of Saffron Wave Ship Management, he brings deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and strategic leadership widely respected within the maritime industry.
With over twenty-two years of sea-going experience, Mr. Singh has served aboard a wide range of vessels in key leadership roles covering technical management, operations, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance. His strong grasp of international maritime standards. A passionate advocate for safety and continuous learning, he has led crew training and competency programs and conducted ISM audits to promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence.

Combines academic grounding in security principles and software engineering with practical experience building scalable systems under tight timelines. Holding a B.Tech degree along with an MBA, he combines strong technical knowledge with strategic business expertise. Throughout his career, Sharad has successfully driven business growth, market expansion, and customer engagement initiatives. His ability to lead teams, develop effective sales strategies, and build lasting client relationships has established him as a results-oriented leader in competitive and dynamic business environments.

SHASWAT UPRETI
Mr. Shaswat Upreti is a seasoned Marine Chief Engineer with fifteen years of excellence in engineering, operations, and strategic management across the marine and industrial sectors, with proven expertise in procurement, ports, business development, maintenance, and HSEQ management.
He brings extensive experience managing technical operations of tankers, including Oil Tankers and VLCCs, dry cargo vessels such as containers and bulk carriers, and nuclear submarines. He is proficient in dual fuel engines, including ME, MEGI, and methanol systems, along with FRAMO, COPT, inert gas plants, and SCR systems. Notable achievements include renewing underwater hoses at Asia's largest refinery in record time, completing a VLCC scrubber retrofit ahead of schedule, and successfully managing critical onboard emergencies, including engine failures and safe vessel berthing.

Ms. Mansi Upreti brings extensive professional experience, having worked with The Leela Group of Hotels in customer service before transitioning into the HR function with several Big 4 organizations. She currently manages the complete HR function, overseeing operations and processes across the company.
A postgraduate in English Honors, Ms. Upreti has built a versatile career spanning corporate training, talent acquisition, and HR operations. She has worked as a corporate trainer for several leading companies, designing and delivering training programs that strengthened employee capability and performance. Prior to joining Saffron Wave Ship Management, she led a team of ten recruiters in a talent acquisition role, successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building strong hiring pipelines.
